QuickE is a delivery management system built in Dubai by people who have run e-commerce logistics in the region. It concentrates on the parts of delivery that global tools treat as edge cases: cash at the door, Arabic, and WhatsApp.
Why it exists
Most delivery software is designed far from here. It assumes the order is paid by card, the team works in English and the customer reads email. In this region the parcel is often paid in cash at the door, much of the operation runs in Arabic and the message that gets read arrives on WhatsApp.
QuickE is built around those three facts instead of around their absence. The people building it have operated e-commerce shipping across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and the product is shaped by the problems that work kept producing.

Arabic and English as equals
The product works fully in both languages. A manager can run the day in English while a driver works the same orders in Arabic.
